With that in mind, we guarantee that you will be 100% satisfied with our products or we will refund you for your purchase.
Pet foods are exempt from this policy as we cannot issue refunds due to individual pet taste.
Should you not be completely satisfied with any other products, please contact us and we will be happy to refund your money.
We will also be happy to exchange a product for another product of equal value.
Return and Exchange Procedure
-Please contact getpetsavvy.com by e-mail within 48 hours of product receipt. -We will issue a return ticket which will include a pre-paid pickup number. -Once the item is received, we will issue a refund within 72 hours as long as the following conditions are met.
1. The returned product must be in its original packaging.
2. Item must have been received by customer no more than 48 hours previous to e-mail receipt by getpetsavvy.
Terms of Sale We accept the following methods of payment: Credit Cards and Paypal All prices are listed in US Dollars, unless otherwise indicated. All applicable state, local, federal and international taxes and fees apply and will be clearly displayed during checkout. Orders are not binding until payment has been accepted and verified. Shipping and handling charges apply to all orders, unless otherwise specified. We do not ship on major holidays. Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging. Before returning , you must first obtain a return authorization within 2 days of delivery.
